Guaranteed booking rate
- Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- If the reservation is canceled later, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the accommodation price if the reservation is not re-rented.

Early bird rate
- If canceled up to 30 days before arrival 12.00 am, 40% of the deposit will be charged.
- If canceled 29 days or more before arrival 12.00 am, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

General cancellation conditions
- For non-refundable or non-cancellable bookings the full amount will be charged.
- For bookings made via external providers such as Booking.com, Expedia or Feratel, the cancellation terms of the respective portals apply.
- Any changes to your booking must be made in writing. We will be happy to confirm your changes. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and must be paid separately in the event of a dispute.
- Any special requests that are not specified in advance will be charged separately on site - such as extra beds or use of sofa beds by additional people, child beds, bringing pets or additional parking spaces, etc.
